Christine Henry-Musa is a visionary C-suite executive and growth strategist recognized for leading complex healthcare organizations through transformation, expansion, and operational excellence. With a distinguished career spanning both publicly traded and privately held companies, she has consistently driven measurable growth, financial performance, and organizational innovation.
As Chief Executive Officer of Algone Anchorage Interventional Pain Clinic, Ms. Henry-Musa has built one of Alaska’s most advanced interventional pain and regenerative medicine networks, introducing technology-enabled care delivery models to underserved markets. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding access to specialty care across the state while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
Building on this success, Ms. Henry-Musa spearheaded the launch and expansion of Algone DFW Interventional Pain, a new practice serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. As CEO of both entities, she oversees multi-state operations, strategic partnerships, and brand growth, demonstrating her ability to scale physician-led enterprises and navigate complex regulatory, financial, and operational frameworks with precision.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Henry-Musa served as Vice President of Development and Chief Compliance Officer for Regent Surgical Health, where she guided ASC development and joint-venture partnerships nationwide. She also led the development team for a $1-billion operating division at DaVita (Fortune 100), where she implemented both de novo and acquisition strategies.
As CEO of Medical Group of Alaska and its affiliated MSO, Ms. Henry-Musa successfully restructured underperforming business units, executed legal and financial turnarounds, and positioned the organization for sustainable profitability. She has served on multiple boards of directors, advising on governance, compliance, and growth strategy from entity formation through Medicare certification.
Ms. Henry-Musa earned her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Princeton University. She continues to serve as a mentor and advisor to emerging healthcare leaders and entrepreneurs, exemplifying a leadership philosophy grounded in vision, accountability, and impact.
